Mr Tse Lok-him has been appointed as Acting Assistant Director/2 of the EMSD with effect from 26 January 2026. Leading the Engineering Services Branch 2, he oversees the EMSTF’s delivery of E&M engineering services to client departments and their government premises, municipal services venues and public health facilities.
With effect from 1 April 2026, the Municipal Sector Division will come under the Engineering Services Branch 1, led by Mr Yiu Tak-tai, Assistant Director/1 of the EMSD, as Client Manager.
